Biography
Terence J. Theus is an accomplished attorney who focuses his practice on handling legal matters concerning business law, data privacy, cybersecurity, artificial intelligence, personal injury, and criminal law. He has extensive experience in high-stakes litigation, including jury trials, and has achieved noteworthy results for his clients.
Terence is licensed to practice law in Georgia, and he has represented corporations and senior business executives. His work has been recognized nationally, and he has been honored as a member of The National Black Lawyers Top 40 Under 40 for 2025.
Terence received his Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville, in 2014, and his Doctor of Jurisprudence degree from Vanderbilt University Law School in 2019.
