Biography
Terence J. Theus is a Georgia attorney whose practice includes business litigation, data privacy, cybersecurity, artificial intelligence, personal injury, real estate, and criminal law. He represents companies, executives, and individuals in litigation, regulatory, and transactional matters, with a particular focus on business disputes and legal issues involving emerging technologies.
In addition to his private practice, Terence serves as City Prosecutor for the City of Sardis, Georgia. His work has earned national recognition, including his selection to The National Black Lawyers Top 40 Under 40 for 2025.
Terence earned his Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville, in 2014, and his Doctor of Jurisprudence degree from Vanderbilt University Law School in 2019.
